Job duties

• Read blueprints and specifications to lay out work

• Unload and position steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed

• Signal crane operator to position steel units according to blueprints

• Erect structural and architectural precast concrete components for buildings, bridges, towers and other structures

• Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures

• Install ornamental and other structural metalwork such as curtain walls, metal stairways, railings and power doors

• Examine structures and equipment for deterioration, defects or non-compliance with specifications

• May dismantle structures and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be physical fit.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Completion of a two- to three-year apprenticeship program or over three years of work experience in the trade and some high school, college or industry courses in ironworking are usually required to be eligible for trade certification.

Job Duties

• Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

• Performs research to develop the company’s marketing principles.

• Handling social media accounts, sensitive content, and responding to emails.

• Explore and share website and social media analysis and help teams in writing marketing and website content.

• Initiating promotional activities and maintaining ongoing processes and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

• Help in creating and designing the company’s informative flyer, newsletters, business cards, resumes, and brochures using Canva, and Photoshop software.

• Organising informative events and presentations to attract new customers.

• Establish professional relationships with customers and external agencies.

• Helping to improve marketing campaigns and monitoring active marketing programs.

• Performing analysis from questionnaires to understand the needs of customers.

• Gathering and reviewing marketing data from various channels.

• Being resourceful to senior marketing professionals needing help with completing large projects

• Collaborating with ambassadors of various brands to develop innovative ways of gaining exposure for client products

• Helping in the development of ways to improve marketing campaigns and monitoring active marketing programs

• Performing analysis from questionnaires to understand the needs of customers

• Assisting with the maintenance of database systems, blog platforms, social media accounts and website

• Gathering and reviewing marketing data from various channels

Requirements

• Completion of Bachelor degree.

• Excellent knowledge of online applications, marketing computer software, and MS Office

• Good understanding of databases and market research techniques

• knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and other creative tools

• Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and office management

• Ability to communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

• Ability to write marketing literature to augment the presence of the company in the market
